We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer buying experience. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealer track, CDK, Vin Solutions).

A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
