- Advancement opportunities for high performers
- Perform general express maintenance, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, balances, fluid flushes, filters, and wiper services. Mount and balance tires, as well as perform minor maintenance services.
- Provide quality safety inspections that identify needed vehicle repairs and safety concerns.
- Work well as a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Build estimates for the service advisors to present needed work to customers.
- Stay current with factory training.
- Be willing to attend training and take online courses for continued growth in a high‑paced shop.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- The capability to read/comprehend written instructions and information. High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
- Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenance. A valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
- Prior experience in automotive maintenance and repair or an apprenticeship would be highly desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a seated position for extended periods while operating controls with arms and legs.
- The capability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
