Tire Sales Installation Part Time

Job Summary

Assist members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly install and repair tires, complete tire bay documentation, and maintain tire bay policies and procedures. Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures, and compliance, ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members, and promote inclusion and teamwork.

• Properly install, mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Dispose of tires and fill propane tanks per club policy.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area.
• Merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk.
• Coordinate with Home Office for member tire needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete tire bay scheduling data.
• Understand and use special‑order tire programs.
• Comply with safety, cleanliness, and equipment usage standards.
• Assist members with tire selection, verifying sizes for vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal and basic computer skills.
• Prior tire installation experience preferred.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.

Excellent pay range: $18.50 – $23.13 per hour. Actual salaries will vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.

Work involves standing, moving, bending, and lifting up to 30+ pounds. Exposure to indoor/outdoor temperatures, noise, chemicals, and strong smells. Continuous use of hard surfaces and machinery.
