Tire Sales Installation Part Time

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures.

• Assist members in tire selection and purchase, verifying sizes.
• Properly install, dismount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Disposal of tires and ensuring propane tanks are filled per club policy.
• Maintain a clean, professional tire bay and waiting area.
• Merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
• Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk.
• Coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs.
• Maintain accurate supply inventory and use special‑order programs.
• Ensure all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed.
• Comply with safety, cleanliness standards and tire bay equipment usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; must drive automatic and manual vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Prior tire installation experience preferred.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Must lift over 30 pounds with assistance.

Exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions. Must perform frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds while surrounded by moving cars and machinery.

Starting pay of $17.50 per hour. Salary varies by location, education, experience, and qualifications.
