Service Tire & Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for managing tire bay operations at the club level, including tire sales, installation, repairs, and supervision of tire bay team members. Ensures proper policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed while maintaining the tire bay and its inventory.

• Supervise tire bay team members and ensure a safe working environment.
• Schedule and staff the tire bay to meet demand.
• Install, mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires and perform related repairs.
• Handle tire disposal and propane tank filling per club policy.
• Maintain and order tire installation equipment and tire displays.
• Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk.
• Cooperate with Home Office regarding member tire needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and participate in special‑order tire programs.
• Process tire bay sales transactions and handle cash as needed.
• Comply with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage tire bay audits, checklists, and record‑keeping.
• Ensure all team members complete TIA and Titan certifications on time.
• Build working relationships with team members, motivate performance, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including work in other departments.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment.
• Prior tire installation and sales experience preferred; level 400 certified technician preferred.
• Must complete Michelin training levels 1–4 within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including supervising cross‑functional teams and communicating results.

The role involves continuous standing and movement on hard surfaces, bending, climbing, lifting objects up to 30 pounds (and occasionally more with assistance), and exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures, machinery, loud equipment, and approved chemicals or cleaning agents.

Starting from $20.00 per hour, with full details provided during the hiring process.
