We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base, strengthen existing relationships, and open new doors.

• Drive new business opportunities in sectors like IT, Finance, Technical (Engineering), HR and Office Support.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients who trust us deeply.
• Represent the Star Personnel brand with integrity, professionalism and confidence.
• Manage your own time and working hours — from anywhere in SA.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, fun-loving team who know how to work smart and support one another.

Has sold recruitment services before — either in a BD or 360 consultant capacity.
Maybe even ran their own recruitment agency and is now looking to scale back or focus on the sales side.
Is independent, tenacious, self-motivated and confident, with a proven ability to bring in new business.
Thrives in a remote environment and knows how to self-manage.
Wants to be part of something meaningful — not just “another agency”.
