• Join the squad as a team member.
• Responsible for the development and management of daily and open banking products, including end-to-end product experience journeys.
• Manage, track, and align the products' OKRs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Conduct P&L analysis to assess costs and profitability.
• Actively contribute to product development and management processes.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to gain a strategic advantage for products.
• Foster knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-8 years of professional experience in product management, cash management, or marketing in banking/finance (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive with a solid ability in data analysis and insights.
• Customer-oriented mindset with creative thinking abilities.
• Up-to-date with the latest consumer trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Continues to learn while sharing their experience.
• Can communicate effectively in teamwork.
• Follows innovations and adapts quickly to change.
• Reflects analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in their work.
