- Responsible for the development and management of daily and open banking products, including end-to-end product experience journeys.
- Manage, track, and align the products' OKRs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Conduct P&L analysis to assess costs and profitability.
- Actively contribute to product development and management processes.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to gain a strategic advantage for products.
- Foster knowledge sharing within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-8 years of professional experience in product management, cash management, or marketing in banking/finance (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive with a solid ability in data analysis and insights.
- Customer-oriented mindset with creative thinking abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest consumer trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Continues to learn while sharing their experience.
- Can communicate effectively in teamwork.
- Follows innovations and adapts quickly to change.
- Reflects analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in their work.
