We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients, a leading organization in the industrial sector, specializing in steel, high-voltage cables, and transmission towers. This entity plays a key role in delivering innovative energy infrastructure solutions and driving strategic business growth.

Position: Sales and Business Development Manager - Transmission Towers

Location: Remote / Client based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales strategy and business development for transmission towers.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the energy transmission sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contracting companies, network operators, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and technical departments, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments to optimize offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development of technical solutions, ideally in transmission towers or steel infrastructure.
• Proven success in negotiation, project management, and strategic account development.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
