What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain reports and dashboards that track sales performance, pipeline activity, and key metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to surface trends, variances, and actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Support sales leadership by preparing regular performance summaries and presentations.
Forecasting & Planning:
  • Assist with the sales forecasting process by gathering data, validating inputs, and updating forecast models.
  • Support sales leaders with territory updates, quota tracking, and planning activities.
  • Monitor forecast changes and flag data inconsistencies or potential risks.
Data Integrity & System Management:
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness through routine audits and clean‑ups.
  • Implement data governance standards and assist in training users on CRM best practices.
  • Collaborate with Rev Ops, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to support system updates, workflow fixes, and automation needs.
Process Optimization:
  • Document existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement based on data and feedback.
  • Standardize workflows, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence.
  • Support rollout and testing of new tools, processes, and sales enablement resources.
  • Provide operational support to sales leadership through reporting, follow‑up, and data requests.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success by sharing insights and maintaining alignment on shared data.
  • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives such as territory adjustments or sales program updates.
Enablement & Training:
  • Assist with onboarding and training for CRM usage, reporting tools, and basic sales processes.
  • Ensure sales teams have up‑to‑date resources, documentation, and reporting access.
Who You Are:

You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

Education & Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or another data‑focused business role.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decisions.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, or forecasting fundamentals.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or high‑growth environment.
