arıyoruz . Küresel kullanıcılarımızı desteklemede, SaaS altyapımızı yönetmede ve ABD ve Avrupa pazarlarında büyümeyi sağlamada önemli bir rol oynayacaksınız. İdeal aday, dijital ağ çözümleri (QR VCards) ve mikro ticaret (Whats App Store) ekosistemleri konusunda derin bir anlayışa sahip olmalıdır. Başlıca Sorumluluklar
- Uzaktan masaüstü araçları ve bilet yönetim sistemleri aracılığıyla yüksek kaliteli teknik destek sağlayın.
- Platformun yönetim panelini verimli bir şekilde yöneterek kullanıcı hesaplarını ve sistem yapılandırmalarını denetleyin.
- Kullanıcılara Dijital Kartvizit (QR VCard) ve Whats App Mikro Mağazalarının uygulanması konusunda rehberlik edin .
- SaaS çerçevesi içinde farklı kullanıcı rolleri ve abonelik modellerini yönetin.
- Uluslararası pazarlara yönelik çevrimiçi pazarlama ve satış stratejilerine katkıda bulunun.
- SaaS sektöründe kanıtlanmış deneyim (ABD/AB pazarlarındaki deneyim önemli bir avantajdır).
- Dijital iş çözümlerine, özellikle QR kodlu sanal kartlara ve Whats App entegre e-ticarete güçlü hakimiyet .
- SaaS yönetim panellerini kullanma ve hiyerarşik kullanıcı rollerini anlama konusunda yetkinlik.
- İngilizce iletişim becerileri (hem yazılı hem de sözlü) mükemmel.
- Uzaktan destek araçları aracılığıyla teknik sorunları giderebilme yeteneği.
- Proaktif, öz motivasyonlu ve uzaktan veya hibrit bir ortamda çalışabilme yeteneğine sahip.
