Business Development Lead - Remote

** is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented
** Business Development Lead
** to spearhead our expansion within the Lawn & Garden industry while simultaneously elevating our e-commerce presence and strategy. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional leader, capable of developing high-level strategies, coordinating internal resources, and driving the successful execution of complex business objectives.
** Internal Alignment**:
Act as the primary internal coordinator, mobilizing and guiding cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment with business development and e-commerce objectives.
** Industry Expertise**: 5+ years of proven business development or sales experience, with a significant focus on the Lawn & Garden industry is mandatory.
** E-commerce Proficiency**:
Experience developing and executing strategies on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, retailer sites) is required.
** Communication**:
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
** Travel**:  Role is remote however travel will be required for key customer meetings
** Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
