Our CRB business is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. We help clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations to understand, assess and manage their risks. CRB is also a hugely varied part of our business, with a specialist team like Retail, you’ll become a client-facing ambassador for our full suite of services – helping deliver insurance solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
QualificationsOur graduate roles are journeys of learning, experience and support. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need:
- To be focused on building a career in the insurance and risk management industry
- To be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university
- A commitment to working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification
- A track record of demonstrating leadership skills while at school and university
- Strong time management skills
- To be independent and self-motivated
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- To be a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore
Selected candidates will be required to take up BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications upon accepting the offer.
Work styles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least three to four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
