What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage relationships for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of the employer's products

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated sales and objection handling abilities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence

  • Experience in SaaS or EdTech environments
  • Results-driven self-starter attitude
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience generating referral leads through customer networks
