What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead a team of 65+ sales‑minded individuals to achieve semester and annual revenue goals
  • Strategize with other departments to enhance Hyatt's above‑property sales structure

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry or equivalent business/function role
  • Proven experience in analyzing complex reports to deploy sales personnel effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Owners/Operators
  • Strong results‑driven mentality with a focus on personal and professional development
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading a diverse sales team responsible for over $2B in annual revenue
