Position: Logistics Business Development Executive (Remote)

Logistics Business Development Executive (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time;
Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture customer relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Create and execute customer capture strategies for drive‑away business and beyond.
  • Collaborate with operations to develop tailored, winning proposals that exceed client expectations.
  • Assist in developing RFP responses and negotiating contracts that align with company goals.
  • Meet or exceed targets for revenue, new customer acquisition, and profit margins.
  • Segment and scale:
    Partner with leadership to define customer segments and execute strategies that unlock scalable growth.
  • Operate as a key contributor to a high‑performance, cross‑functional team culture built on trust, communication, positive energy, and execution.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • 3+ years of success in B2B sales, preferably in transportation or logistics.
  • Demonstrated history of managing key accounts and developing new business.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and managing contract negotiations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and manage long‑term client relationships.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self‑starter with high integrity, poise, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Experience collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft tools and CRM platforms.
