** We are looking for an
** Spare Part Product Specialist
** to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.##
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and deploy product/category segmentation strategies and value propositions
* Lead improvement projects for spare parts processes (e.g., service kits, training center initiatives, sustainability)
* Coordinate the rollout of maintenance kits across countries in collaboration with DU and Procurement
* Drive full product lifecycle management: from new product development (NPD) to SKU rationalization and cessation
* Monitor portfolio financial performance and enhance profitability and market share
* Gather and consolidate market intelligence and customer feedback from local teams
* Act as the Spares representative in large-scale projects (e.g., ERP implementation, supply chain optimization, data management)##
** Qualifications
* ** A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
* Extensive experience in product management or portfolio strategy
* Technical knowledge of heating and/or cooling system installations
* Bonus points for experience in HVAC, spare parts, or technical product environments
* Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams
* English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
* Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)##
