Position: Customer Success Manager (USA Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a portfolio of complex key accounts to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of the employer's products
  • Provide expert support and advice on product features, enabling account growth and client retention
  • Work with the GTM team to analyze client data and identify growth opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and generate referral leads through relationship building
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to provide expert support and advice to clients
  • Effective communication skills for conveying product value propositions
  • Accountability and a strong sense of ownership in work responsibilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in customer success or account management within the education technology sector
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for learning
  • Previous mentoring or coaching experience in a team setting
  • Familiarity with data analysis and growth strategy development
