Position: Regional Sales Manager, North Central US - Lumascape (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage multiple accounts and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support for luminaires, lighting applications, and related controls
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, specifiers, and influencers in the lighting industry
  • Track major projects and take action to increase product exposure and success
  • Collaborate with the North America Sales Director to report on market conditions and sales progress
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Lighting, Business Administration, Marketing, or Architecture
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in professional sales or technical support, with at least five years in the spec lighting industry
  • Strong knowledge of selling, pricing, marketing, and distribution models within the industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
  • Proficiency in using Windows programs, word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Advanced coursework in business management, project management, IT skills, or a related field
  • Product-appropriate advanced level of knowledge
  • Aptitude for teaching, coaching, and mentoring in both small and large groups
