What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Proactively originate and close large, complex BPO and BPaaS deals with decision-makers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, and Fintech
  • Utilize a consultative approach to tailor BPO/BPaaS solutions based on client needs and market dynamics
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans in collaboration with internal teams and partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 15+ years of experience in BPO/Business Process Services sales
  • 10 years of demonstrated success in selling large, complex global BPO deals (over $20M TCV)
  • 10 years of experience in Transformative Customer Experience and specific core value chain deals
  • 10 years of experience working with or selling to Fortune 1000 clients
  • Strong understanding of transformative outsourcing models
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience navigating matrixed environments
  • Ability to connect business value with enabling technologies, particularly AI and automation
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong financial acumen for structuring complex deal constructs
