Corporate Procurement Specialist – Indirect Sourcing (80–100%)

Location:

Zurich-Oerlikon

Hybrid: 3–4 days Home Office / 1–2 days on-site

Start: ASAP (max. notice period: 1 month)

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Indirect Procurement. The role is within a global industrial and technology company supporting the development and implementation of corporate procurement strategies.

You will focus on Professional Services and other Indirect Services categories, working closely with senior stakeholders and global category teams. The role reports to the Co-Head of Corporate Procurement.

• Support development, communication, and implementation of corporate procurement strategies
• Drive improvements in Indirect Services, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management
• Ensure compliance, implementation, and maintenance of procurement initiatives
• Run eRfX processes for Consulting, Financial, Legal, and other Professional Services
• Execute sourcing and procurement strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Manage senior internal stakeholders across the organization
• Support global procurement initiatives in areas such as Quality and Sustainability

• Strong experience in Indirect Procurement (mandatory)
• Proven experience in sourcing Professional Services
• Fluent English.
