We are seeking an experienced Investment Product Distribution Manager to drive the distribution, positioning, and growth of investment products across key client segments. This role focuses on building strong distribution channels, supporting client-facing teams, and ensuring effective market adoption of investment solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of investment products, distributor engagement, and go-to-market execution within financial services. Prior exposure to wealth management product distribution is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities 1. Investment Product Distribution & Go-To-Market- Lead the distribution strategy for investment products across retail, HNW, UHNW, and institutional channels.
- Support product launches, positioning, and go-to-market execution in collaboration with investment and marketing teams.
- Ensure distributors and internal teams are well-equipped with product knowledge, materials, and selling frameworks.
- Build and manage relationships with distribution partners, advisors, relationship managers, and intermediaries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for distributor queries, product updates, and performance discussions.
- Support advisory teams in product selection, suitability discussions, and client presentations.
- Identify new distribution opportunities to expand product reach and assets under management (AUM).
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing client and distributor networks.
- Participate in industry events, client meetings, and partner forums to strengthen market presence.
- Translate investment strategies into clear, client-friendly product narratives and value propositions.
- Gather market and distributor feedback to support product enhancements and innovation.
- Track competitor offerings, market trends, and evolving investor preferences.
- Monitor product performance, sales metrics, and AUM growth across distribution channels.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership on distribution effectiveness.
- Use data and analytics to refine distribution strategies and improve outcomes.
- 10+ years of experience in investment product distribution, asset management, or financial services sales.
- Strong understanding of investment products including mutual funds, structured products, alternatives, and model portfolios.
- Experience working with distributors, advisors, or institutional clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in wealth management product distribution or advisory‑led distribution models.
- Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, distributor analytics, or sales enablement tools.
- Exposure to global or multi‑market investment products.
