Product Manager, Payments – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Role Overview

Role Responsibilities- Collect business requirements from stakeholders, write user stories, elaborate them for Scrum teams.
- Initiate and obtain CLIP (Compliance, Legal, Infosec, Privacy) approvals and support the full story delivery life cycle.
- Run technical assessment of assigned projects, enhancements or fixes; lead product requirement alignment and development.
- Ensure delivered products meet stakeholders’ and customers’ needs.
- Interact with internal departments to formulate recommendations and actions.
- Participate in all Agile team ceremonies.
- Collaborate with QA, UAT and production testers to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Support project handover to operations, regional teams and other stakeholders.
- Upload all change‑initiated supporting documentation to the defined repository (Jira, SharePoint).
- Identify and drive process and productivity improvements during scale phases to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.
- Graduate degree in business or engineering.
- 5+ years of product management or product owner experience.
- 3+ years of global payments product experience (funds disbursement or payment processing) or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile processes and frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate business requirements.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently.
- Speaking Spanish (B1 and higher).
Base salary range: $125,000 – $146,000 per year. Total on‑target compensation includes a base salary plus short‑term incentives aligned with individual and company performance.

This role is classified as Hybrid. Employees are expected to work from the office at least three days a week, with flexibility to work from home otherwise.
