As a Venture Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, driving innovation and contributing to our projects' success.

Your role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from conducting research and analysis to creating impactful content and engaging with stakeholders. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop your consulting skills, apply your curiosity, and collaborate on innovative solutions that shape the future.
What You Will Be Doing

Perform in-depth research and both quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project goals and deliverables.
Create high-quality content, including presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
Contribute to outreach efforts and assist in preparing events to effectively engage stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to execute defined work packages and ensure project success.

What you need to be successful in the role

Initial experience and strong interest in innovation, consulting, or related fields. A background in venture building is a plus.
Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, such as Lean Startup, and curiosity to explore and apply these methods.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating high-quality content.
Proactive and independent work style, combined with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Fluency in both English and German.

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 29.586,9. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
