About the Role

Spreedly is seeking a strategic and execution‑oriented Product Marketing Manager to serve as the critical bridge between our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. You are a resourceful self‑starter who excels at translating complex technical product jargon into clear, compelling value propositions for our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) teams. You will define market positioning, develop GTM strategies for new features, and equip our sales team with the insights needed to drive revenue and product adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of product launches, defining goals, target audiences, and success metrics.
  • Act as the primary translator between the Product team and GTM functions, distilling technical roadmaps into consumable content.
  • Create strategic tools, including competitive battle cards, sales decks, and ROI calculators, to drive ARR and bookings.
  • Conduct competitive positioning research and buyer persona (ICP) analysis to influence the product roadmap, understand customer needs, pain points, and why we win or lose deals.
  • Partner with the Senior Content Strategist to ensure external content is technically accurate and strategically aligned.
  • Act as the expert on our buyers (ICPs) and competitors, providing actionable insights to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B Product Marketing; B2B SaaS experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing products to market with measurable impacts on revenue and adoption.
  • Proven ability to have deep technical conversations with Product personas and simplify complex ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional skills in defining core messaging and positioning; highly collaborative and open to feedback.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Resourceful, agile, and curious; able to find information independently in a fast‑paced environment.
