In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the efforts of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients. - Lead the capture planning and proposal process.
- Facilitate Business Development meetings with leadership.
- Develop and maintain the company pipeline database.
- Research and analyze government procurement opportunities.
- Maintain business pipeline profiles and internal databases.
- Conduct gate reviews and qualify opportunities.
Develop proposals and client solutions to enhance win probability. - Coordinate and manage capability statements and proposals.
- Build and maintain client partnerships.

- Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of Business Development experience.
- 5+ years in a managerial role focused on federal contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaboratively achieve project goals.
- Competence in government contracting and delivery.
- Experience with FAR and relevant technical areas.
