Remote Business Development Manager

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the efforts of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining robust relationships with existing clients. • Lead the capture planning and proposal process.
• Facilitate Business Development meetings with leadership.
• Develop and maintain the company pipeline database.
• Research and analyze government procurement opportunities.
• Maintain business pipeline profiles and internal databases.
• Conduct gate reviews and qualify opportunities.
  
  Develop proposals and client solutions to enhance win probability.
• Coordinate and manage capability statements and proposals.

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of Business Development experience.
• 5+ years in a managerial role focused on federal contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaboratively achieve project goals.
• Competence in government contracting and delivery.
• Experience with FAR and relevant technical areas.
• Strong analytical skills for opportunity assessment.
