We are looking for a hands‑on Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize our sales operations processes, reporting, and tooling, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who has early‑stage experience in sales operations or revenue‑related roles within tech companies or fast‑growing businesses, is comfortable working with data and processes end‑to‑end, and can act as a reliable operational partner to sales leadership in a remote‑first environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sales pipelines
- Assist in sales reporting, dashboard creation, and performance tracking (e.g. pipeline, conversion rates, forecasts)
- Support deal tracking, order management, and sales documentation processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead flow and handover processes
- Help identify process gaps and support the implementation of sales operations improvements
- Assist in managing sales tools and systems, including user support and basic configurations
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and operational insights to support sales leadership decision‑making
- Support onboarding and enablement of new Sales team members from an operational perspective
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Professional level proficiency in English
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, reports, and basic metrics
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a remote‑first, fast‑paced environment
- Experience in a SaaS, B2B, or tech startup environment
- Familiarity with sales funnels, pipeline management, and forecasting concepts
- Experience with sales automation, reporting tools, or BI dashboards
- Basic knowledge of revenue models, pricing, or contract structures
- Experience supporting international sales teams (especially UK or EU markets)
- SQL, basic data visualization, or CRM customization experience
- Previous exposure to sales enablement, onboarding, or playbook creation
