Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of high‑value strategic accounts focused on Payroll; develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for long‑term success.
- Proactively identify risks and lead internal stakeholders, including project management, to resolve customer issues promptly and improve sentiment.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders; understand each customer’s business, hiring plans, and success outcomes; create success plans and host regular business reviews.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering product and operational feedback; prioritize requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact, and coordinate delivery with internal teams.
- Deliver a high‑quality experience to customers on a daily basis and coordinate timely responses to their requests.
- Drive adoption of platform features to enhance customer experience and improve retention.
- Minimum 6+ years of client‑facing experience with a track record of achievement in fast‑growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Relationship builder who remains calm under pressure and celebrates partners’ successes.
- Data‑savvy and quantitatively inclined; able to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights without needing SQL expertise.
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset who thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes ownership of high‑responsibility roles.
- Strong analytical foundation and ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
- Curious by nature and committed to making an impact.
- Fluency in Dutch is a preference; global payroll experience is required.
