Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the development and distribution of data and insights that measure and inform business/division activities such as marketing and operations. The role tracks, summarizes and distributes a variety of metrics and KPIs, providing reliable quantitative and qualitative data to leaders and stakeholders to support decision‑making and performance understanding.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial and/or marketing analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and pivot tables.
• Experience in the restaurant and/or retail CPG industries is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong technical research skills.
• Confidence presenting financial results to a non‑financial audience.
• Experience deriving actionable business insights from imperfect data sets.
• Hybrid role – ability to work from the home office at least 3 days per week.

• Conduct analysis to support key annual strategic goals, including pricing, menu mix analysis, new product development, and competitive research.
• Assist with the development and analysis of pre/post tests for marketing, operations, and pricing initiatives.
• Analyze ongoing reports to provide timely insights, producing written reports and visual/audio presentations with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and other tools.
• Stay informed on economic and competitive variables, developing reports and processes to monitor and integrate findings into analysis.
• Support overall business performance analysis, covering KPIs, segmentation, loyalty performance, and test offers.
• Build and maintain proper documentation, procedures, and guidelines for analytical methodologies and solution deployment.
• Participate in and support ad hoc needs of various internal groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
: $88,518.56 – $98,353.84 yearly
