Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Experience managing teams and building work processes from scratch.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Service‑oriented mindset, responsiveness, and ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs without being asked or directed.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be available on‑demand (24x7).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple requests with competing deadlines.
Travel Requirements
  • Ability to relocate to Bulgaria, Germany (Bremen), or Turkey (Bodrum).
  • Valid passport with frequent travel required.
  • Frequent travels to Singapore, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Serbia, Bulgaria.
  • Ability to travel on short notice and on demand for urgent or scheduled tasks and support CEO during business trips.
Additional Qualifications
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks (criminal, psychological, substance use).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of confidently supporting high‑level stakeholders.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle high‑pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
