Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and grow our customer base.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Train and motivate sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a software/technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
