Client Coordinator

Overview

We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional client service from the moment someone contacts us. The new client coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients, and this role is critical to helping people feel supported, understood, and confident in choosing us as their legal team. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and highly motivated new client coordinator to join our team.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to guide potential new clients, ensuring they feel supported from the very first contact and remain engaged and reassured through the first 90 days of representation.

• Conduct initial client consultations.
• Guide clients through their decision-making process with clarity, empathy, and structure.
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sources, and outside referrals in the CRM system.
• Work daily from existing lead lists (new leads, follow-ups, unconverted past leads).
• Report metrics and pipeline movement daily.
• Early-Stage Client Care (Day 2, 7-Day, 30-Day, 90-Day Check-ins)
• Identify referral and review opportunities.
• Make relationship-driven calls to former clients.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.
• Track conversion rates, follow-up attempts, and client satisfaction insights.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve systems and marketing quality.

• College degree preferred but not required
• Prior client-facing experience ideal (social work, legal intake, hospitality, sales, counseling, etc.)
• Spanish fluency a plus
• Comfort with remote tools (Microsoft Teams, Hub Staff, phone systems)

$55,000 plus performance bonuses
