About the Job

We are looking for a “Corporate Strategy and M&A Analyst” to join Zorlu Holding Corporate Strategy and M&A department.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Participation at M&A processes and due-diligence projects with end-to-end responsibility on independent work streams and coordination of external consultants and internal teams,
• Supporting overall portfolio analysis and strategic planning activities,
• Supporting valuation and feasibility studies, preparation of financial models,
• Following global and industry-related trends and performing market research studies to develop company-specific strategies and identify new business opportunities,
• Researching and evaluating opportunities in line with Zorlu Holding’s growth strategy, carrying out studies, and preparing management reports,
• Involving in start-up scouting and assessment activities to support the group’s corporate venture capital arm.

Desired Skills and Experience

• A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a degree from an engineering or a business school,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in either management consulting, investment banking, private equity, project finance, corporate strategy function, or within a similar role at a multi-industry group company,
• Strong analytical thinking, business planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills,
• Good understanding of financial modelling with adequate finance and accounting knowledge,
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision,
• Familiar with a project-based working structure, ability to deliver multiple priorities in line with project time plans,
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
