you will be working on:
In this role, you will:
- Lead and optimise national project outreach programme through strategic partnership management and systematic programme evaluation.
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic relationships with external stakeholders to support project objectives.
- Design training curriculum and materials, conduct needs assessments for intermediaries, deliver training workshops and sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent service delivery standards.
- Coordinate outreach activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyse engagement data, and perform regular programme assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Review and fact‑check all project materials.
- Manage data sharing protocols and procedures.

- Relevant experience in outreach and project management, with a track record in public engagement work preferred.
- Experience in project management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
- Resilient with excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Senior to contractual level 1-year full‑time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board.
