We are looking for a Project Development & Sourcing Specialist to join our PSO team in our Beauty division, based in Milan.
The expected outcome is to provide valuable analysis and project support that improve innovation portfolio delivery, supplier management and contribute to continuous cost optimization.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
You will be responsible for feasibility evaluation, cost definition and effective industrialization of new products
You will coordinate interfunctional innovation project teams to launch new products
You will coordinate internal functions and external suppliers/contractors to implement projects on time, in full, matching quality and cost standards.
You will manage commercial relationships with suppliers/contractors
Your Team
You’ll directly report to our Sourcing & Project Development Director Beauty.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields is preferred.
Work Experience:
1-3 years focused on project management and/or procurement activities and/or technical packaging - product development
Technical
Skills:
negotiations and project management
Local language: both Italian and English
