Project Development & Sourcing Specialist
We are looking for a Project Development & Sourcing Specialist to join our PSO team in our Beauty division, based in Milan.
How you make the difference
The expected outcome is to provide valuable analysis and project support that improveinnovation portfolio delivery, supplier management and contribute to continouscost optimization.
How your agenda looks like:

You will be responsible for feasibility evaluation, cost definition and effectgive industrialization of new products
You will coordinate interfunctionals innovation project teams to launch of new products
You will coordinate internal functions and external suppliers/contractors to implement projects on time, in full matching quality and cost standards.
You will manage commercial relationship with suppliers/contractors

Your team:
You’ll directly report to our Sourcing & Project Development Director Beauty.
What makes you a great fit:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields is preferred.

Work Experience:

1-3 years focused on project management and/or procurement activities and/or technical packaging - product development
Technical

Skills:

negotiations and project management
