What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the development and management of bid content to support organizational growth.
  • Produce and manage RFP responses and presentations, often under tight deadlines.
  • Conduct bid analyses and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, budget, and schedule information.
  • Maintain current content of templates and proposals, ensuring quality control and effective implementation of proposal software.
  • Perform client research using CRM tools for proposal and business development purposes.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on proposal development, project management, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of related experience in the biotech/pharma industry or distribution/manufacturing environment.
  • Technical writing experience.
