Position: Asst 1, Administrative
Job Overview

This position has the major responsibility to support Business Transparency Reporting function. The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to different business processes and areas, systems and data experience, as well as communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, extract, and research invoice and supporting documentation, collaborating with stakeholders to validate transaction details and purposes.

• Remediate and format data for upload to the Transparency data processing and reporting tool.

• Perform high-volume data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Support additional processes approved by Corporate Business Transparency.

• Identify and prioritize gaps in business processes, data controls, systems, and provide recommendations to the Business Transparency team.

• Carry out operational tasks, such as managing third-party vendor spend and cross-functional sub-certification activities.

Education and Experience
Undergraduate/graduate degree, or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 2 years relevant data analysis experience.

Must Have Skills

• Comfortable with data, data mining, and ability to manipulate and work with different file types (flat, system downloads, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to drive appropriate sense of urgency and accountability.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and appropriately escalate or follow-up for clarity.

• Experience with Microsoft Office software

• Basic level of proficiency in Excel (Data entry and formatting, simple formulas, sorting and filtering data)

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Conditional formatting, data validation, Pivot Tables)

• Team player with a desire to learn and accept additional responsibilities.

• Compliance mindset, ability to build strong partnerships and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to drive and execute Transparency requirements.

• Experience with SAP (Release 4.0 or above) is preferred.
