Location: Remote Position

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday‑Friday including travel of up to 3+ weeks per month

Position Summary: The Service Quality Coach conducts on‑site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with pest control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role maintains service quality, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports technician training and development, working closely with Branch Management and the VP of Operations for their respective region.

• Field Inspections
  :
  Conduct routine and random inspections of pest control service sites to assess technician performance, treatment effectiveness, and adherence to company standards, and to evaluate branch locations for safety measures, building condition, storage practices, and inventory control.
• Compliance Auditing
  :
  Verify compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide usage, storage, safety procedures, and documentation practices.
• Reporting & Documentation
  :
  Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, corrective actions, and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Training & Support
  :
  Provide feedback and coaching to management and field technicians based on audit results, assist in developing training materials and conducting refresher sessions during branch meetings, work with the Director of Technical Services to report trends observed throughout various branches and areas of biggest risk, and support initiatives to reduce those risks.
• Client Interaction
  :
  Engage with clients during audits to gather feedback, address concerns, and reinforce service quality commitments.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pest control or field auditing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Proficiency in mobile auditing tools like Jot Form and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel 3+ weeks per month
