• Implement solutions to help clients manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and financial operations
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide recommendations and manage expectations
• Utilize operational best practices to assist clients with payroll workflows, AP/AR processes, and equity administration
• Monitor operational projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine strategies and improve Financial Operations processes

• 2‑5+ years of relevant operational experience, particularly in back‑office operations or startup environments
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage operational workflows from start to finish
• Strong analytical skills to process and prioritize large volumes of information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create structured frameworks and action plans
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight

• Experience with Notion or similar project management tools
• Exposure to the business services sector or small business internal operations
