About us
Talent Garden is a leading digital skills academy in Europe, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in the innovation ecosystem through diverse learning experiences. With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning.
Founded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 11 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs.
The role
We are on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Academy, focused on Talent Garden’s educational and innovation offering across B2C and B2B2C.
In this role, your mission will be to connect Product, Market, and Community—shaping the narrative, validating new opportunities, and orchestrating the overall product experience to drive commercial impact and Talent Garden's brand positioning.
Responsibilities
Define and own product positioning and strategic narratives across the portfolio, strengthening Talent Garden’s thought leadership
Translate access to CTOs, founders, and innovators into high-impact editorial assets and original formats (audio, video, live)
Lead AI-driven market analysis and product discovery to validate new opportunities before launch and ensure product–market fit
Use advanced AI tools to analyze trends, competitors, and qualitative insights, accelerating decision‑making on portfolio inclusion
Design and support campus‑based formats and experiences that integrate learning products with physical spaces
Leverage offline experiences as drivers for lead generation and brand awareness
Build and execute customer lifecycle strategies aimed at increasing Lifetime Value (LTV) and long‑term engagement
Activate alumni as recurring customers and active members of the Talent Garden ecosystem
Orchestrate go‑to‑market strategies for new launches and corporate special projects
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Content, Tech) to deliver clear, compelling, and commercially effective value propositions
About you
Ideally, you are a Product Marketing professional with a strong strategic and creative mindset, comfortable operating across product, marketing, and commercial teams, and able to connect vision with execution.
On top of this, you:
Have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally spanning Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in Creative or Digital Agencies
Bring a pragmatic, data‑informed approach to decision‑making and prioritization, using insights and evidence to focus efforts on the highest‑impact opportunities
Show strong proficiency in using AI not only for content creation, but as a research assistant to validate, analyze, and rapidly synthesize market insights
Combine analytical and creative thinking, feeling equally comfortable working with data to validate markets and opportunities, and with storytelling to build compelling product and brand narratives
Are execution‑oriented, able to translate strategic vision into operational delivery, manage budgets, and measure ROI
Show solid stakeholder management skills, aligning and guiding cross‑functional teams and external partners toward shared objectives
Are fluent in both Italian (native level) and English, written and spoken
Are based in Milan or able to commute there on a weekly
Tools you’ll work with
You will work with a mix of product marketing, analytics, automation, and content tools. Prior experience with tools such as Typeform, Hub Spot, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, workflow automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), AI assistants (e.g. Gemini), and content production tools like Riverside.fm is highly valued.
Perks and benefit
Hybrid working environment, combining regular in‑person work on a weekly basis with remote flexibility
Access to all our co‑working spaces across Europe
Free access to all our Master courses
Meal vouchers and a €1,000 welfare budget to spend as you like
Mum&Dad policy offering (even more) flexible remote work…
