We are looking for an analytical and critical thinker with a minimum of four years’ experience in Research and Data Analytics, ideally in the workplace or real estate industry, to join our team. In this role you will lead projects and work closely with clients and stakeholders at all levels, generating insights into client data to support strategic business decisions.
LocationLondon, UK and New York, US. For the UK position you will primarily be located at our Southwark office, with some remote working.
SalaryOTE £50K+ including bonus and benefits.

- Direct data and trend analysis and the UnWork research function to drive the development of our knowledge resources
- Create presentations, interim and final delivery packs for clients, involving copy writing, content creation, image selection and layout design
- Lead the data collection process
- Develop client relationships and oversee project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
- Lead workshops client meetings as required
- Raise the profile of UnWork by regularly attending conferences and networking events to establish relationships, identify partners and future customers
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification/relevant experience) or above in a numerate/scientific discipline
- Strong ability in MS Excel and Power Point
- Experience in Python, R and/or another data orientated programming language
- Experience in Tableau or similar (e.g. Power
BI or Spotfire) - Previous experience in a business research or analyst position
- Intermediate ability/experience of MS Access (desirable)
- Self‑starter, able to work and learn independently
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent data presentation and writing skills
- Business acumen and understanding of business needs
- Interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication
- Strong time and project management skills
- Inquisitive attitude, keen to learn and quick to pick up new ideas and skills

- Salary Package:
OTE £50K+ including bonus - 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays), rising to 37 linked to length of service
