• Act as a BPaaS expert for Workday Benefits Administration, Payroll, Tax & Garnishment Administration, and Accounts Payable Administration Services
• Support sales team by leading functional discussions and presentations alongside Account Executives
• Implement value-selling processes utilizing knowledge of Workday products and OSV services
• Contribute to the preparation of RFI/RFP documents with functional and process-related insights
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams, customers, and OSV team members to ensure seamless communication

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a pre-sales or consulting role
• In-depth knowledge of administrative tasks related to payroll, tax & garnishments, benefits, and accounts payable automation
• General understanding of Accounts Payable Processing
• Strong presentation skills, both in small and large group settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Workday HR & Payroll technology is a plus
