Overview

For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $80,642.00 - $ per year. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Individual pay within the range is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position

Schneider Electric IT Corporation seeks a Senior Marketing Data and Business Analyst in Andover, MA.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects with Line of Businesses to ensure product data quality is up to standard and that proper data governance rules are followed.
  • Plan study of work problems and procedures; oversee gathering and organizing information on problems or procedures; analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes and report recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead new tool deployment projects for the division.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches follow standard process flow and are successful.
  • Create and maintain regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge repository for the division on engineering tools, data management tools, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Ensure product taxonomy structure is followed by evaluating current structure.
  • Ensure new product launches improve internal satisfaction with Offer Marketing tools.
  • Remote work eligible up to 3 days per week.
Requirements
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business or Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Progressive post-Bachelor’s experience (1 year with Master’s or 3 years with Bachelor’s) in data and business analysis, including internal communications or related occupation.
  • Experience with Product Information Management systems (Stibo).
  • Experience creating, maintaining and enhancing product taxonomies with critical power and cooling applications.
  • Experience managing small to medium projects related to data analysis, cleansing, and improvement.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing business processes in a large, multi-national product marketing organization.
