• Salary up to $115,000 per year

• Design, deliver, and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding and skills development
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales tools and resources
• Analyze sales processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate and manage sales enablement technologies and tools
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives for achieving targets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience of 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role
• Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making

• Advanced degree or certifications in sales enablement or training
• Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
