Role Summary
The Signage Account Executive will drive growth and expand our national footprint by forging strategic partnerships and delivering design-driven solutions to the industry’s most discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Forge, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with national accounts, developers, property managers, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth by delivering turnkey signage and branded solutions across regional and national markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor, consulting on high-value branding and signage projects and ensuring client objectives are met.
- Collaborate with award-winning design and project management teams to guarantee flawless execution and world-class client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, pipeline growth, and competitive market share.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of documented success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, commercial real estate, architectural signs, or related sectors.
- Extensive industry network with a proven record of surpassing sales and revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills; proven ability to present and deliver complex value propositions.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and brand representation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
- Direct experience in signage, fabrication, or branded environments.
- Existing relationships with developers, property managers, and national accounts.
- Understanding of construction specifications and architectural project cycles.
- Salary + Commission Ranges DOE
- Uncapped commission and incentive structure.
