, you will play a key role in building and scaling our presence with SaaS and software vendors across the Nordics, with a strong focus on Norway.

The Opportunity
The SaaS landscape is changing fast. Vendors expect more from their payment partners: seamless integration, strong commercial models, and a long-term strategy they can rely on. Nexi is investing heavily in this space, and we’re looking for someone who can shape how we engage, win, and grow with key software players.
You will take ownership of identifying and acquiring new SaaS partnerships, challenging legacy approaches, and helping position Nexi as the payment partner of choice for Norwegian and Nordic software vendors.
Your Mission
Hunt & Win Strategic SaaS Partnerships
Identify, target, and engage high-potential SaaS and software vendors
Build clear, compelling business cases that show why integrating Nexi makes commercial sense
Lead negotiations from first conversation through signed agreement
Win competitive situations through strong commercial insight and partner value creation
Drive Commercial & Technical Success
Develop a deep understanding of SaaS business models and integration requirements
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation
Build go-to-market plans that maximise shared revenue
Balance technical feasibility with commercial ambition
Shape a New Partnership Approach at Nexi
Challenge existing processes and bring new ideas to market
Provide insights that influence our SaaS strategy and product roadmap
Test new partnership models and help scale what works
Collaborate with marketing to create strong partner-facing materials
Own Revenue & Long-Term Growth
Deliver against ambitious revenue and partner acquisition goals
Build strong, trusted, long-term relationships
Monitor partner performance and identify upsell opportunities
Secure partner satisfaction while driving mutual business value

Strong Technical & Commercial Understanding
Experience with SaaS or software ecosystem sales and partnerships
Comfortable discussing integration models, APIs, and product capabilities
Skilled at building business cases and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Understanding of vertical software ecosystems (e.g., retail systems, hospitality software, ERP platforms)
Professional Experience
5+ years in business development, partnership management, or technical sales
Proven track record in B2B software or SaaS partnerships
Experience working with software vendors, ISVs, or integration-driven partnerships
Demonstrated success hitting revenue and partnership acquisition targets
Comfortable working in a multinational, matrix organisation
Fluent in English and Norwegian
