Initio Sphere is onboarding Transaction Discovery Associates to identify, surface, and qualify early-stage investment transactions for our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role

Once approved, Transaction Discovery Associates:

Discover and surface potential investment transactions

Introduce transactions into a curated private capital network

Support early-stage transaction formation and handoff

Earn success-based compensation on closed transactions

Build a verified transaction discovery track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with proximity to transactions and strong market awareness, including operators, intermediaries, advisors, and capital-adjacent professionals.

Approved Transaction Discovery Associates may:

Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

Evaluate transaction relevance and readiness

Collect and provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

Submit opportunities through the Initio Sphere platform

Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

Support early-stage diligence handoff to internal analyst teams

Transaction Discovery Associates are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Based on approval and demonstrated experience, Transaction Discovery Associates may work across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments

Deal categories are approved based on sourcing credibility and transaction familiarity.

Success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Economics vary by deal size, structure, and associate contribution

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality transaction discovery

To become a Transaction Discovery Associate:

Begin submitting qualified opportunities

All activity is limited to transaction discovery, qualification, and introduction and must comply with applicable securities laws.
