What You’ll Do

As a Project Administrator, you will support Project Managers and Relationship Directors in coordinating signage projects from concept to completion. You will manage documentation, assist with permitting and code research, and help ensure design and production workflows run smoothly and on schedule.

Your Impact

Your work will directly contribute to the successful execution of signage projects that enhance client spaces and brand visibility. By maintaining accurate records, coordinating timelines, and supporting cross-functional teams, you will help deliver high-quality installations that meet client expectations. Your proactive communication and attention to detail will ensure projects stay on track and compliant with local regulations. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain project folders and documentation using standard templates.
  • Coordinate permitting, code research, and pre-production meetings.
  • Track project progress and adjust schedules or estimates as needed.
  • Review sign proofs for visual accuracy and quality standards.
  • Support small signage projects from scheduling to installation.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and escalate emerging issues to Project Managers and Relationship Directors.
Position Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or Construction Management, preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or office support.
  • Experience in signage, construction, architecture, or design industries is a plus.
Your Skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with visual review accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with PACE, One Source, Benson Storefront, Wayfindit, and Benson Proofs.
  • Collaborative mindset with a client-centric approach.
