About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Channel Manager to manage and grow relationships with a select portfolio of high‑value enterprise partners. In this role, you will focus on 3–5 large accounts, cultivating trusted, executive‑level relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building strategic partnerships, delivering revenue growth, and leading cross‑functional initiatives that create long‑term value.
Key Responsibilities- Own relationships with a small set of large enterprise partners, ensuring alignment, trust, and measurable success.
- Build and maintain executive‑level connections, acting as the primary liaison and advocate for partner needs.
- Identify white‑space opportunities, co‑develop strategies with partners, and expand revenue, solution adoption, and market penetration.
- Lead strategic initiatives and cross‑functional teams across marketing, creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver impactful campaigns and exceed KPIs.
- Monitor partner performance, track outcomes, and provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide partners with the resources, training, and insights needed to succeed and maximize joint business outcomes.
- Strengthen at‑risk relationships through proactive collaboration, transparent communication, and strategic problem‑solving.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Account Management.
- Proven success managing 3–5 high‑value enterprise accounts and driving measurable growth.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at the C‑suite level.
- Demonstrated expertise in account management, shopper marketing, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Track record of transforming at‑risk relationships into sustainable, high‑impact partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
