• Serve as a strategic compliance partner across the organization, supporting regulatory initiatives aligned with the company's long-term goals
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and deliver actionable guidance to applicable business units
• Lead cross-functional regulatory initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage state regulatory data calls and compliance reporting requirements
• Monitor and analyze regulatory trends and report emerging risks to leadership

• Proven regulatory or insurance compliance work experience
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• In-depth understanding of the insurance ecosystem and regulatory bodies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  Proficient in legal and compliance research tools and Microsoft Office applications

• Law Degree and/or advanced insurance certifications, such as CPCU
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes‑Oxley regulations
